Why is my computer freezing up? - cafe world keeps freezing up

My computer crashes in applications using Adobe Flash Player. I have a fairly new PC with 3G RAM. Often my cache and still my PC clean, so what's the problem? Need more storage? I think especially of Facebook applications like World Cafe, Farmville, Roller Coaster Kingdom, etc.
