In photoshop, how do I make a picture soften or glow. I want the picture to look smooth? - go glow time instructions
I tried the Gaussian Blur and it's not what I want. It works somewhat, but not what I want. I want the image to look like a dummy or really soft and smooth look. Can someone help me. Please give instructions very well.

You can use gaussian blur on a single layer, but other effects and filters to add shine and softness, depends on whether we refer to either portrait or landscape, or they may vary techniques, review of the airbrush and retouching tutorials online, and YouTube
